Can Duplicate Bank Account Message Text Be Changed in Payroll?

Customer want to review the message that is produced and possibly modify it where a bank account s assigned to a second worker within the organization. So in cases where this account is duplicated, jointly assigned, can the message that is produced be modifies?

I have searched for it within the Message database unsuccessfully and wanted to see if anyone has a clue on whether this is written into the pages and whether it can even be modified.
