Dynamic connection URL and Credentials in OIC Gen3

Is it possible in OIC Gen3, when configuring a connection (i.e. REST adapter, but also SOAP, Salesforce, Confluent etc.), to set URL and Security Policy credentials to be read dynamically, ideally from a Key Vault, instead of hardcoding the values in the connection itself?
