Cannot load HDL for US_ELIGIBLE_FOR_PRETAX_CATCHUP

Summary:

When using the HDL to Update Calculation Cards for US_ELIGIBLE_FOR_PRETAX_CATCHUP I cannot load the
CalculationCard, CardComponent and the ComponentDetail in the same HDL dat file.

I can load the CalculationCard and CardComponent in 1 dat file, and then the ComponentDetail in a separate dat file.

Is anyone else having this issue?
