Item class -Redwood issue

Team, I was trying to exlpore the redwood page and while enabling the index for redwood every time I am trying to add any person or group for any org at item class level, this rebuild thing is coming.

Can you please suggest how to resolve it or like is this normal as a functionality in redwood.?
