Oracle Academy Cloud credit not renewed
Summary:
I teach a subject using Oracle Cloud. This is my second year. Everything was fine, but, at some point, my credit has become 0 because the trial period (365 days) has not been reset, I guess. I have created the accounts for my students, which are using them without any problem, and I thought that my credit would be renewed by doing this task.
I suppose that I might have forgotten to do a task on the web. Could you tell me what have I missed?
If I check the Oracle Academy Cloud Program Status, it states that "You have successfully completed the requirements for your educator cloud account". I have already 151 students requests available, BUT when I connect to the cloud, all my instances are gone (not a real problem, I can re-create them), AND I cannot create new instances other that the
