Redwood UI: Suppress 'Required' DFF Fields During Career Development Goal Creation

Summary:

In RUI, I was able to customize the 'Add New Career Development Goal' page to successfully hide the required 'HRG_GOALS' DFF fields. However, in Redwood UI, even after setting all DFF fields to 'Hidden' in the Visual Studio Builder, they still appear when I preview the page. Is this a bug, or could there be a configuration step I’ve missed?
