Budget Error Occured!!

Summary:

Task: Creating a Budget in a Spreadsheet

After entering budget information into the downloaded spreadsheet and uploading it via ADFDi, an error occurred.
In the Scheduled Processes section, both the target process and its subprocess show "Status: Error."

I have attached a screenshot of the screen during the operation and the error log.
Please advise on how to resolve this error.
