Restricting SR Updates to Assigned Queue Members

We have observed an access control issue in Service Requests (SRs):
- Observed Behavior: Even after an SR is assigned to a specific Queue, users outside that Queue are still able to update the SR.
- Expected Behavior: Once an SR is assigned to a Queue, only members of that Queue should have update privileges.

How can we configure or restrict SR updates so that only users who are part of the assigned Queue have the ability to update the SR? Is there a standard configuration, role-based control, or recommended approach to achieve this in Oracle Fusion Service?
