Line manager should be able to view reportee's in order to provide them their talent ratings.

Hello,

Noticed that users who have just employee and line manager role aren't able to view their reportee. Line manager should be able to view their direct reportee's under My Team > Quick Action > Talent Rating > Direct reportee's should appear ( presently its blank)
