Career potential rating not visible in HR role

Hi Team,

I'm experiencing an issue with the visibility of the potential evaluation I uploaded via HDL.
In my HR role, I’m unable to see the potential rating in the "Career Potential" section of the "Talent Rating" page.

With my admin user account, I can see the upload correctly.

Do you have any suggestions?
