What privilege from the Procurement requester role allows the requisitioner to see recoverable tax

in Self Service Procurement

Summary:

Hi we have a customised role some approvers use to be able to view requisition details once they click on the requisition link via the approval notification. We have noticed that these select users see the field 'Recoverable Tax' but there is no numerical value. However those approvers with the seeded procurement requester role can see the recoverable tax.

I wanted to ask if you could tell me what privilege from the procurement requester role allows users to see that recoverable tax when drilling into requisition details. The below screenshot shows a user with our customised role not seeing the recoverable tax figure:
