How many times the schedule processes need to be run per day- Redwood Purchasing/Agreements

Hi all,

Redwood Purchasing is enabled for us in Test env. Just curious - How many times per day should the below processes ideally be run?

Purchase Orders

Run the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS scheduled process with these index names:
Purchase Orders: fa-prc-po
Purchase Order Schedules: fa-prc-po-schedules

Purchase Agreements

Run the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS scheduled process, once each for the following index names:
Purchase Agreements: fa-prc-pa
Purchase Agreement Lines: fa-prc-pa-line
