Talent Ratings Tab is not visible under Me >> Career and Performance only for few employees

Hi Team,

Talent Ratings Tab is not visible only for few employees. We have also checked in Structure. There is no restrictions using any roles. Kindly update with the solution.

We could able to view the Talent Ratings page under Me » Quick Actions » Career and Performance » Talent Ratings. But, In that page also, we are getting "Exception during RestAction" error and loaded performance ratings data is not visible.
