Deleting Appointment in outlook will delete same in the oracle sales cloud activity?

Outlook is integrated with oracle sales cloud application, and we are facing some sync issues like. Repeating invites showing as shared in outlook but not visible in sales application and deleting an invite from outlook not deleting the invite in the sales application
