Not able to Disable the XY rating view from Talent review

Summary:

Our client does not rate employees. They still perform Talent reviews. We have enabled 1*1 Single rating view to enable their process so that they can use other features like Succession planning in the Talent review. But as a standard Oracle feature, we have to configure an XY view as well while we create a template. Now, the client does not want to view the XY view in the Talent review meeting. The XY rating view is to be disabled. How can this be achieved?
