OB not initiated

We are having trouble with OB process not being initiated for all new hires.  Reported to Support.  They said our UDF in AWT and onboarding not matched up, especially the ones with Selection.  They told me that I have to re-create all new LSUDF in AWT and all new UDF and domain in onboarding for every UDF even if they share the same answers.  We can't really re-create new UDF because some of them in AWT have been used for a while in production and we will lose the history if we create new UDF for them.  Also, these UDF
