REDWOOD - Import Requisition custom role

Summary:

I have created a custom role for Import Requisitions so that requester can use it to create masive requisitions. The probem is that when I run the second process Import Requisition I do not have a value on Requisition BU:

Is it mandatory to be agent? or there is any missing privilege or setup?
