How to get Rating and proficiency details to display in performance document

Summary:

I have set special descriptions for my competency rating model that will not show while looking at the additional information in the performance document

The values at the bottom of the competency form to not transfer to the performance document information screen:

I hope I am missing a check box somewhere that makes the transfer.
