Unable to import (Brazil) Collections document without drawee details using FBDI in a new instance

in Payables, Payments & Cash Management

Summary:

As part of our Project we want to convert Payables Collections document for Brazil from one Oracle fusion instance to another fusion instance. 

For that we are extracting data from backend and trying to upload using the FBDI upload.

We observed that Drawee Name, Drawee Bank Code, Drawee Branch Code, Drawee Account Number, Drawee Inscription Type, and Drawee Inscription Number are not stored at backend in the vase tables.

As suggested on the Oracle SR - 4-0001068994, we tried to import using dummy values, still we are unable to process.
