Good morning, When doing a search in Staffing Web Top if you select "In Selection Process" what exaclty it brings back? What is the data behind it? I am trying to figure out how to get active candidates. To me an active candidate is someone who isn't rejected, declined or hired. I am hoping this is what "In selection process" means, but I am not really sure. Can anyone help me out please?
