Edit multiple lines section order and extra line DFF

in Self Service Procurement

Summary:

How can we update the order of the sections so that the Billing/Distribution section shows up at the top? I've tried to edit the section orders using VBS but (1) I can't figure out the name of this section and (2) it doesn't seem to work.

I also noticed after the latest release 25C we have an extra line DFF Attribute Value. We had this issue with the distribution DFFs previously. Do I need to open an SR for this issue again?
