User unable to log in

Summary: A user is unable to log into Taleo

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We have an internal candidate who is trying to log in to our job opportunities page but is getting the error "The user name and password combination you entered does not correspond to a registered user." We've tried resetting the password multiple times, the user has exited out of his browser and cleared his cache, but he is still unable to log in. Any suggestions??
