In RSSP, error message for the following attributes may contain a value only if NewSupplierFlag

in Self Service Procurement

Summary:

We found an issue that has been occurring since the business users have started switching over to RSSP from classic. We are getting the error message shown below. We think the issue is because a REQ was originally created and submitted in classic, while the REQ is in Pending Approval status, in RSSP, a user reassigned the REQ to themselves to correct data and then re-submit the REQ. It is at that time the error is shown.

If the REQ originated in RSSP and the reassign & change was done in RSSP then no error has occurred.
