We have the following scenario that we need to implement, and we would appreciate your ideas on how to proceed.Our client operates in multiple countries, each with its own legal employer and business unit (BU). However, there is only one BU responsible for processing payroll for the entire organization, and the client uses the Oracle Payroll Fusion module.

Given that absence grades and basis pay are determined by legislative groups, each country will have its own legislative data group. We need to understand how this information will synchronize with payroll, especially since it will be created based on a different legislative data set
