Why is business unit under the When and Why Redwood Employment change pages?

Summary:

The When and Why page is typically used for the effective dates and the action/action reason. Business Unit is now appearing as a field here, when it should be included on the Assignment Info section. I am able to hide it on the When and Why page but there is no option to make this editable on the Assignment page (only viewable). Will they be making this an option to edit this at the assignment level?
