Duplicate Check Criteria

Do not select too many fields to include in the Duplicate Check feature.  Fewer criteria will allow easier duplicate candidate identification. However, the result is that more "potential" duplicates will be identified, thus creating more verification tasks for the recruiter.

Candidate Personal Information field content requirements should match fields used within the Duplicate Check Criteria.  This will ensure that the fields used for the check contain values to run the check against.
