Unable to create transfer order from item shortage page

Hi,

i want to create a transfer order beetween two subinventories of the same organization in the page of item shortage.

When i select "create transfer order" and after i try to select the source organization there are no data to display, as showed in the screenshot.

Also, i've tried to click on the item → from the item availability page insert the requested quantity → click on "create transfer order" (as show the screen below). The process is submitted but in the manage transfer order page there isn't any transfer order.

Do you know what could be the cause ?
