Dispatcher Rule is not working on Opportunity Creation from Account Detail Page

I have requirement to stop navigation to Opportunity detail page while creating opportunity from Account Detail Page.

I have created dispacher rule to stay on same page after opportunity creation but it is not working.

Can anyone suggest .
