Alert to be triggered for the Instructor when a learner enrolls on a waitlist

Hi all,

We have a request to understand if it's possible to trigger an alert for the Instructor when a learner enrolls on a course and it's on the waitlist.

This is needed because we are planning on using the waitlist as a way of tracking the learner's interest on future learning offers. This way the instructor would be notified every time a learner enrolls, as a way to show their interest on the course.

Has anyone tried this? Appreciate any suggestion.
