Roles priority and field visibility

Our client asked us to modify the visibility of the role CoE Sviluppo e Performance Management VIEW AOR ALB OR. Specifically, they requested to remove the visibility of three fields (telecommuting, Smartworking, Skilla) within the “Additional Person Info” section.

We created a sandbox, in test environment, where, within the visibility rules of the mentioned section, we added the role that should not be allowed to view those fields.

Then, we tried to access the same sandbox with users who had one or more roles belonging to the rule I modified in the “Additional Person Info” section (IB_HR_OPERATIONS, IB_Gestore_HR, IB_RESPONSABILE_LINEA, and HUMAN_RESOURCE_SPECIALIST_RULE). These roles I just mentioned, however,
