Redwood: Departments- Unable to default value for EFF segment fields based on Value set defined

in Human Capital Management

Requirement:

For workforce structures → Departments transaction, need to default Company value set and cost center value set fields (EFF Segment) based on the value set defined, but this is not working when we try to configure using VBS
