Talent Profile: Duplicate Entries Created Instead of Updating Existing Project

I'm encountering an issue in the Talent Profile section in Oracle HCM Cloud.

When viewing the Talent Profile in Test (both as an Admin and an Employee), I noticed that clicking the Add button creates a second entry for the same project (e.g., "AWS Certified AI") instead of updating the existing one.

Here are the key concerns:

• The Project Name field is visible, but it should ideally be hidden.
• Only the six data fields (LINX 1 Year, LINX 2 Year, LINX 3 Year, Executive Korn Ferry Assessment Year, Hogan Year, Talent Review Rating) should be visible and editable.
