Can I get some clarity on the future of CX Sales Quotas, Forecasts and Incentives?

There is a general air of confusion around the future of Sales Quotas, Forecasts and Incentives coexisting out of CX Sales. In yesterday's world of Simplified UI, it all rested under the roof of Sales Performance Management (SPM). I'm a little concerned on the future of this in the Redwood world. I see no clear documentation on how they'll be configured, and how they'll coexist to ensure that Sales teams across the world are able to see this information clearly. I see some documentation on Sales Forecasting, but do not see ANYTHING on Sales Quota within CX Sales for Redwood.
