Receipt Entry Delay - Suspected Oracle System Lag

Summary:

We’re encountering what appears to be system lag or delayed synchronization in Oracle, impacting the following:

Receipt Entry Delay: After I submitted a CO to correct a PO error, I was not able to enter receipts immediately. The CO and first attempt to enter a receipt was on 8/13. On 8/19 a second attempt to enter a receipt was made which was successful. (Issue experienced in Prod. PO 33020004472)
