Submitter unable to add comments when the approver request for the information on PO

Summary:

• Our client user are facing the issue where if the approver request for the information on the PO submitted the Submitter is not able to add the comments as ’+’ is missing as below screen shot

• Since the user is not able to add any comments its gives an error on submission

• We tried the same scenario in test instance and did face any issues, ie ‘+’ icon is present to add comments

• We checked document acknowledgement request for action in BPM Configuration, it is as below screen shot

• There are three roles assigned to the user all are custom—1) restricting buyer to manually create the PO. 2)Employee custom 3) Supplier administrator
