Not able to remove the Delete-action item column from Existing absences through VBS

My Client Groups > Absences and Entitlements > Search for Person > Existing Absence

Business Requirement:

We do not use the "Delete" option in the Existing Absence page and want to remove this action item column from the Redwood UI to prevent user confusion and ensure data integrity.

Attempted Solution:

We attempted to hide or remove the Delete action item column using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) customizations. However, the customization had no effect, and the Delete column continues to appear. Even though the component is visible in VBS when inspecting the page, removing or hiding it does not reflect any change in the live Redwood page.
