Need to trigger/invoke an API immediately after terminating an employee through the Fusion HCM UI.

When an employee is terminated in the Fusion HCM system via the UI, an API call should be made right afterward. This API will communicate with a third-party Active Directory system to terminate the same employee there as well.

Employee termination occurs in Fusion HCM
API is triggered
API terminates the employee in the third-party system

Any suggestions or guidance on how to implement this would be greatly appreciated.
