How can I ensure my customised Hold resolution template in custom folder is pulled at Email creation

We wanted to change the message on Our Hold resolution email notifications within Oracle fusion, we found and updated the Hold resolution Invoice template within OTBI to reflect the statements we wanted for two of our Invoice On Hold notifications sent out to our requestors, however when we checked the Pathway on the Properties of the notification these still reflected the standard defauly pathway to the locked down template, and not the custom folder, Is there a simple documented process to step us through how this is done to ensure the notification being generated uses the correct template (
