How to issue project specific inventory for PDSC WO

Summary:

We are trying to issue out the component against the WO and want to ensure that project specific inventory is consumed for few work order and common inventory for some other work orders having the same component.

But the Use Common Inventory checkbox is not visible in Redwood UI from My Maintenance Work area.
