Unable to find the Notes and attachments field in OTBI report - Maintenance Subject Area

Summary:

As per the customer requirement, need to get the detailed report for to find the "Notes and Attachments" field (Comments) when adding the Work Order Completion (My Maintenance Work) Window. However tried it all Work Order related subject areas but unable to find it.

I want to let to know is there any specific field that have for get that field in OTBI report?
