We are currently using Oracle HCM Cloud – Workforce Compensation Plans. We would like to confirm whether there is existing functionality to automatically remove or exclude employees who go on Leave of Absence (LOA) after a compensation plan cycle has been created and is already live.

More specifically, when running the "Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR" batch process, will the system exclude employees who have been entered an LOA status after the plan was launched? If not, what is the recommended approach for handling such cases?

example scenario: Manager enters 3% merit increase on February 10, 2025 with an effective date of March 1, 2025. Employee is active at the time the merit increase is added and submitted by the manager. On February 25, 2025 employee is placed on Leave of Absence (LOA). The Compensation team runs the batch process
