Is there a way to make price field editable on sales order creation page

Hi,

Is it possible to make price field editable on sales order page, user expectation to avoid click on edit option and then choose the adjustment type and enter the value both pages (Classic & Redwood).

As per my knowledge this is not possible because user has to mark the adjustment also.
