Search in HR Help Desk and Case Management for identical names

Summary:

During one of my demo sessions the client raised a question around how they could easily identify and search for the correct contacts associated with current and closed cases when it involves searching for identical names such as John Smith..etc on the Case list page. As they are dealing with thousands of Cases on a daily it doesn't help that the 'Case Contacts filter' groups all the identical names together with no attributes to help distinguish between them.

My suggestion was to combine the Primary contact, (who in this case is the manager raising it on the Complainants behalf) but the client mentioned that the Manager often changes overtime so combining the Primary Contact filter will not help.
