Can we attach fast formulas on dynamic calc?

We are looking to add some complex logic during worksheet updates in form of dynamic calc. But the current dynamic calc restricts to basic conditional statements with very basic math operations. There are no min, max function options also.

So we thought if there is a way we can add a fast formula on dynamic calculation. Does Oracle allow that in Compensation?

I know that Oracle does not allow a fast formula on dynamic calc, but unfortunately CharGPT searches are showing otherwise.
