Candidates Not Moved In Over 5 Days

Hi folks,

During the last product spotlight, there was a question around how to report on candidates that haven’t been moved in over 5 days. I went through an example of this on the call. However, I took a closer look at it and there is a more optimal way to do this than what I originally demonstrated.

So, I’ll go through 2 examples here. The reports revolve around the object “Current CSW Status Duration” which returns how long the candidate has been sitting in the current step & status combination they are in now.

Of course, the following are simply examples. These reports can be analyzed in a number of ways depending on which objects are inserted in the report. Also, the “5 day” mark is just an example. One can change this to any number of days.

Howdy, Stranger!
