No CSP visible in Configuration section while creating a job requisition

While creating a job requisition, in the configuration section, only the default CSP coming from the template is visible to the recruiter. The LoV for CSP does not show anything. The recruiter is not able to change the CSP in this case and we have seen this behaviour only in Redwood pages.

Has anyone come across this issue? Also, this issue is an intermittent one as we cannot replicate this everytime. But once a job req has this issue, it stays- i.e a recruiting administrator also is not able to see any values in the CSP LoV in the configuration section while creating a job req.
