Why are there duplicate entries shown in 'Schedule New Process' for the ESS job 'Import Meter Readings'?

Tools → Scheduled Process → Schedule New Process:

We have also validated the ESS definition, and it appears to be unique; however, duplicate entries still appear in 'Schedule New Process.' Could this be a bug or something else?
