We are facing an issue in Oracle Fusion Procurement where Purchase Order (PO) notifications are delayed. In order for the notification to be received by users, we have to manually go to the Transaction Console and select Send to Email.
Could you please advise:
- What could be the root cause of this delay in PO notifications?
- Is there any setup, background process, or workflow configuration that we need to review to ensure PO notifications are sent automatically without manual intervention?
