Questions loaded via DAT are not visible in Prescreening unless context value is reselected.

Questions are loaded in the Question Library via DAT file. While creating the Requisition, the questions are not visible in the Prescreening section. If the context value for the question is reselected, then it appears in the Prescreening section.

Is any process should run after loading the Question to visible the Questions in Requisition.
