RUDF Issues - desync

Last week, one of our Req UDF values fell into desync, the field value showed blank. The field is used in most of the reports as a filtering criteria, when users run a query, they're given an error message. The issue was fixed after Taleo support performed a resync.

However, we found another Req UDF was having the exactly the same issue yesterday. We didn't reorder the BO ID in the Custom Report Universe in AWT.

Has anyone had the similar issue before or recently? What could be the cause of this type of error?
